Mini project: a robust order importer

Build an order importer that works through messy CSV records, collects a clear error for every bad row without crashing, and prints a summary report.

You will be able to

• Design a custom exception for 'this record is invalid' and raise it with row-specific messages
• Process a batch of records so one bad row never stops the others
• Collect errors with their line numbers while letting genuine bugs surface
• Produce a summary report of what was imported and what was rejected, and why
