Using base_salary_sar in the salaries dataset (600 employees), calculate the 10th percentile, the median and the 90th percentile (type 7), and the ratio P90/P10P_{90}/P_{10} — a common measure of pay dispersion. Give the percentiles in SAR to the nearest whole riyal and the ratio to 2 decimal places.
