In the insurance_claims dataset, most policies have no claim, so total_claims_sar is 0 for them. Restrict to policies with a claim (total_claims_sar > 0). Calculate the mean, the median and the sample skewness (G1G_1, as Excel SKEW) of the claim amounts.
