A rise in mean satisfaction

Not started

A bank's branch network reports that mean customer satisfaction on a 1–5 scale (1 = very dissatisfied, 5 = very satisfied) rose from 3.4 to 3.6 after a service programme, and calls this “a 6% improvement in satisfaction”. In two or three sentences, explain what is questionable about this report and what you would show instead.
