Dates and schedules

Compute due dates, business days and month-end dates with datetime, keep date logic testable, and express recurring schedules as cron lines.

• Calculate due dates with date and timedelta, across month and year boundaries
• Count business days while skipping a configurable weekend and holidays
• Find dates such as the last business day of a month
• Read and build cron expressions, converting between Python and cron weekday numbers
