Capstone: end-to-end business analytics

Take three messy datasets from a coffee roaster all the way to a tested, charted Markdown sales report: ingest, clean, model with classes, analyse with pandas, chart, test and report.

You will be able to

• Plan a multi-stage data pipeline from a business brief and build it in seven checked milestones
• Ingest CSV and JSON data, clean it with pandas and keep an auditable record of every rejected row
• Model the business with validated dataclasses and a ledger class, and convert between objects and DataFrames
• Answer business questions with grouped pandas analysis and build charts whose properties can be tested
• Write tests that catch real bugs in your own model, and generate a complete Markdown report with charts
