Project: customer data-cleaning pipeline

Turn a messy customer sign-up export into a clean, de-duplicated CSV and an error report, one tested cleaning function at a time.

You will be able to

• Read a CSV into dictionaries and standardise names, emails, phone numbers and dates
• Parse dates that arrive in several formats and convert them to ISO 8601
• Validate each row against explicit rules and report problems with row numbers
• De-duplicate records by a normalised key, keeping the most complete one
• Assemble cleaning steps into a pipeline that writes clean data and an error report
