Understand what PyPI and pip are, read the commands to install, inspect and remove packages, and work with version numbers and semantic versioning in code.

• Read and write pip commands to install, upgrade, list, show and uninstall packages
• Explain semantic versioning: what a major, minor and patch change promise
• Compare version numbers correctly in code instead of as plain strings
