- Learners record entries, post to a ledger and prepare statements. Every answer is checked on our servers and every mistake is explained.
- Realistic accounting cases
- Fictional companies with source documents and a working ledger: a first day, month-end closes, an error hunt, missing cash, inventory, revenue recognition, manufacturing variances, year-end closing, a reporting review and a three-month challenge.
- Mastery, not page views
- Progress counts when exercises are passed. Learners see accuracy by skill and a review list built from their own mistakes.
For administrators
Team administration
Organization licences are arranged with the Formula Quest team. Once your licence is set up, your administrators run the rest.
- Seats and licences
- Your licence sets the number of seats; administrators assign and release them. Only learners holding a seat get full access to Accounting Quest through the organization.
- Invitations and roles
- Invite learners by email with single-use links tied to the invited address. Owners, administrators and learners each have their own permissions.
- Training assignments
- Assign pathways, tracks, lessons, cases or exams to everyone or to selected learners, with due dates and notes.
- Progress and reporting
- See each learner's completion of assigned work, overdue items, activity in the last 30 days and completion by assignment, with a CSV export.
- Privacy boundaries
- Administrators see completion of assigned work and group-level figures only — never individual answers, other learning or billing details.
